As a satellite venue of the art fair "MEET YOUR ARTISTS," we will be holding a special exhibition, "5 SENSES," a collaborative project between MEET YOUR ART and Bombay Sapphire.

Born in 1991. He is particular about the ingredients he uses, and proposes meals that are created in dialogue with local seasonal vegetables, fruits, and herbs, to awaken the senses that are usually dormant. He also believes that connecting people together through his meals is important.
After gaining experience in developing Japanese sweets at a confectionery company and working in restaurants in Kyoto, she began studying under Masayo Funakoshi, the world-renowned owner and chef of Kyoto's Farmoon, in 2018. In 2023, she opened nichica, a restaurant in Minokamo City, Gifu Prefecture, where you can enjoy seasonal vegetables and fruits.
