Over 150 artists will gather! This year's event will feature a diverse program that can be enjoyed all day long, including an art exhibition with Mirai Moriyama as artistic director, an art fair bringing together up-and-coming artists from Japan and abroad, art and music performances on a cruise ship, a market with carefully selected shops from all over the country, and talk sessions with various guests. Four days where art and culture intersect, stimulating your senses.

The art exhibition "REFLUX: Rising Signs," which embodies the festival's concept, focuses on the reversals, reactions, and intersections of multiple currents that emerge in our ever-accelerating times. Using "REFLUX," meaning reverse current or reversal, as a starting point for understanding this situation, the exhibition explores how we can grasp this era by looking at various reverse currents and reversals that cannot be fully described by words such as development, progress, and future. Subtle changes that precede the resulting events. The ability to read these signs has long been ingrained in us, intertwined with our lives. Let us re-examine them once again. Sensations, atmospheres, and omens that precede words. This exhibition is held as a space where diverse possibilities emerge and intersect.

Based on the concept of "encountering art through dialogue with artists," MEET YOUR ART brings together over 49 artists recommended by the organization, ranging from up-and-coming artists to those active in the domestic and international art scenes. MEET YOUR ARTISTS -CROSS OVER - Last year's event

"CO-CROSS OVER" is an art fair that brings together artists, curators, and creators from Japan and abroad, transcending genres. With Toshiyuki Komoda (Marco Gallery) as co-director, the fair will present 17 exhibition projects featuring over 70 artists under the annual theme "Romantic beyond us (earth)." Starting with contemporary art, expressions born from diverse cultures and communities intersect through themes such as the body, technology, and the natural environment.

MEET YOUR ART and Eli Lilly Japan K.K. will be presenting a special program themed around "brain health."
This program uses the enjoyment of art as a starting point to create opportunities for each individual to reflect on themselves, their loved ones, and their brain health. Through experiential spaces set up at the festival entrance and three days of talk sessions, we will consider future well-being from the perspective of art and creativity.

MEET YOUR ART and New Balance have collaborated to explore New Balance's craftsmanship and philosophy through art, transforming it into new forms of expression with artists. This time, they are holding a special four-day exhibition, "New Balance MADE IN U.S.A.," themed around "Made in USA," one of the core elements of New Balance's craftsmanship and spirit. The exhibition will explore the craftsmanship cultivated over many years and the philosophy behind it from a new perspective.

On Sunday, October 11th, we will be holding a special one-day program themed "ART & SPORTS" as "New Balance Day." Art and sports. These two seemingly different fields will be explored from the perspective of the sensations and expressions that arise from physical movement. Through running, a publicly recorded talk session, and live performances, we will unfold a day where art and sports, the body and creativity intersect.

This project features a special booth themed around "Individuality is exciting!", which is the brand concept for "Mr. Men Little Miss" in Japan. Under the experiential concept of "MY MR. MEN MY LITTLE MISS," the exhibits will provide an opportunity to re-examine one's own various individualities and charms and enjoy new discoveries.
Furthermore, we have collaborated with artist NAIJEL GRAPH, who has presented his work both domestically and internationally and has worked on numerous collaborations with global brands. He will present original artwork created specifically for this event, combining the world of "Mr. Men Little Miss" with his own artistic expression. The venue will display the original artwork, and limited edition "MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2026" merchandise featuring this artwork will also be available for purchase.

［特別企画］アンファースカルプD「SCENT RESEARCH PROJECT」

Angfa Scalp D is re-examining the value of daily care, using user feedback as a guide, in preparation for its planned "redefinition" of the brand in 2027. One of the initiatives undertaken as part of this exploration is the "SCENT RESEARCH PROJECT," which explores the relationship between fragrance and mind and body.
Together with our co-creation partner, Olfactive Studio Ne, you can experience the three elements that make up the fragrance—GROUND, OZ ONE, and SPACE—based on the "SPACY OZ ONE NOTE" concept that emerged during the development process.

瀬戸内市からお届けする　やきもののある暮らし　須恵器・備前焼・虫明焼

This exhibition introduces five artists from Setouchi City who work with Sue ware, Bizen ware, and Mushimei ware. Each artist approaches the possibilities of ceramics from a different perspective, creating works that reinterpret ancient forms in a modern way, works that pursue new expressions by focusing on materials and firing techniques, and works that create new expressions while inheriting tradition.
Furthermore, this time, in addition to appreciating these ceramics as something special, we would also like to introduce a "ceramics subscription service" that delivers ceramic pieces by artists on a regular basis, so that you can enjoy them in your daily life.
We hope this will provide an opportunity to enjoy pottery in your daily life, by allowing you to experience both the ancient pottery culture and the sensibilities of contemporary artisans.

PUBLIC ART NOW by Pasona art now × MYAF2026

With the aim of creating new challenges for the next generation of artists, we are soliciting outdoor artworks that will symbolize the festival.
PUBLIC ART NOW is a program in collaboration with Pasona art now Inc., which works to create environments that utilize the power of art in diverse spaces such as public spaces, offices, and commercial facilities. It will be held as the stage for MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2026 and will invite symbolic outdoor artworks that embody the festival's concept for a limited four-day period.
Within the limited timeframe of four days, we seek works that will meet many people, make them stop and take notice, and create conversations and memories. We look forward to works that utilize the scale and spatial qualities unique to this location and become an integral part of the overall landscape and experience of the festival.

[MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 5周年記念]Research on Olfactive Display「嗅覚に関する展示方法のリサーチ」

To commemorate the 5th anniversary of MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL, Avex Creator Agency Inc.'s art project "MEET YOUR ART" has produced an official multiple artwork by Kan Izumi, titled "Research on Olfactive Display." It will be available for purchase at the MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2026 venue starting October 9th, 2026 (Friday).
This work is an evolved project that emerged as a form of expression from Izumi's ongoing exploration of the sense of smell, stemming from his work for MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2025 ART EXHIBITION "Ahead of the Rediscovery Stream".

「MEET YOUR ARTISTS Beyond the Studio」START Box × MYAF2026

START Box is a project by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo that provides creative spaces for young artists who have difficulty securing studios and other facilities, and supports their continued activities. In addition to providing a production environment, it supports the activities of young artists through interaction with the local community and other artists, and the creation of opportunities to present their work.
MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2026 will gather the emerging signs of culture and open a space for cultural practices toward Miraie.
This exhibition showcases the creative activities of three artists who have been working at START Box: Eri Fukami, Ayame Fujiwara, and unu, and how their work is beginning to unfold into society.
START Box is a place where artwork is created, but it is also a place where expression is nurtured through repeated thought and experimentation. The three artists continue to update their own expressive domains through their different perspectives and practices.
This exhibition aims to go beyond simply appreciating artworks, and instead provide an opportunity to experience how the expressions nurtured at START Box are encountering society through the open space of a festival, leading to new cultural practices.

アーティストとともに“つくる”を体験する「OPEN STUDIO」

At MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2026, an "OPEN STUDIO" will appear on BOND STREET, a space where visitors can freely enjoy creating art. Based on the theme of "Create, Experiment, and Get Your Hands Moving," it will be a place where anyone can easily get involved in art creation, using the paper and art materials provided at the venue. Furthermore, for three days from October 10th (Sat) to 12th (Mon/Holiday), workshops will be held with festival exhibiting artists as instructors. Participants can create their own works by actually getting their hands dirty, while learning about the expressions and production methods of each artist in calligraphy, crafts, woodblock printing, and dot painting.
Enjoy the unique experience of "OPEN STUDIO," where you can encounter art not just by viewing it, but by creating it yourself.

L-Line Co., Ltd., a company that has been supporting construction sites from the ground up, is joining MYAF as a sponsor. The scaffolding materials owned by the company will be used not only as materials for venue construction, but also as a "structure" that supports the artists' expressions.
From the art exhibition "REFLUX: Rising Signs" to various locations throughout the venue, we will combine construction technology with the creativity of artists, and by utilizing reusable scaffolding materials, we will challenge ourselves to create new forms of expression and spaces while minimizing the environmental impact.

ART in the PARK — Discover the signs of a new sensibility in Yoyogi Park.
A new outdoor art project, "MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL Annex," will bring art to Yoyogi Park. Three artists—Dan Isomura, Shota Yamauchi, and Shuu Yonezawa—will participate, extending MYAF2026's annual theme, "Rising Signs," into the public space of the city. Through serendipitous encounters between people passing through the park and the art, the project aims to unleash new sensibilities and cultural trends.

This exhibition focuses on Japanese fashion from 2010 to 2015, re-examining an era in which the connection point of culture shifted dramatically from the streets to the internet. It showcases collections and materials from that period by designers such as BALMUNG, BODY SONG., chloma, HATRA, and rurumu:, as well as diverse forms of expression including art, music, and performance. Rather than simply a revival, it interprets the early 2010s as a turning point that connects to the present.

Produced by MEET YOUR ART and in collaboration with "Kazemachi Yuuyake Marche," this event brings together over 50 shops offering art, crafts, fashion, food, and more, providing an experience that brings art into everyday life.
