Born in Tokyo in 1983, where she currently resides. Holds a PhD in Fine Arts. Project Research Fellow at the University of Tokyo.
Having studied painting, and drawing on biological systems and the philosophy of science as his theoretical background, he explores the temporality and emergence of human creative activity (poiesis). As seen in his representative work "Textile Painting," he expresses self-organizing processes and patterns through painting and drawing. In recent years, he has also been expanding his expressive domain through collaborations with scientists, exploring AI pattern recognition/generation and the human emotional understanding of AI.
