Born in Shiga Prefecture in 1997.
Graduated from Kyoto Seika University in 2020.
I create paintings and objects as if searching for shapes in a mist, or gradually focusing on the details from the noise. It's perhaps closest to the feeling of recalling a dream.
I primarily use oil paints. I like the way oil paints move and mix as you paint; it creates an element of chance in the artwork. It's a medium that's easily accessible to the unconscious.
The paintings I create in this way have rather vague outlines, but I believe that this leaves room for the viewer's imagination.
I hope my paintings can slip into your memory, perhaps as a scene you saw in your childhood, or even in a past life.
