興梠 優護

Born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1982. Graduated from the Graduate School of Fine Arts at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2009. With a focus on the motif of the human body, he focuses on ambiguous and changing elements such as light, color, and vision, and attempts to explore the expansion of painterly qualities. In recent years, he has spent medium to long-term periods in Japan and overseas, researching, producing, and exhibiting works from the perspective of origin and modernity. His main destinations include Spain and Bulgaria.
