What is "The Night Culture Discovery and Creation Subsidy Project by Osaka Prefectural Government"?
In Osaka Prefecture, they are aiming for "The city where people can travel safely without any worries and where you are welcomed all the time - 24 hour a day omotenashi city” where tourists can enjoy the city day and night feeling safe.
For this reason the city give financial support to new business which they help create night culture by providing night performances and so on so that in-bound tourists also can enjoy themselves.
We will hold a festival “TOMBORI-FES 2018” where tourists from overseas can enjoy the night in Osaka based on the concept “The Night Culture Discovery and Creation Subsidy Project by Osaka Prefectural Government” feeling the "Japanese" "real" "performing arts" of the "time" such as idols, J-POP and Japanese instruments in Dotombori that used to be “Japan’s Broadway”. We will welcome you all with the performances by various artists from day to day.
Osaka was the major port in Japan from ancient days as the entrance to Nara and Kyoto which were the capitals of Japan. Through wartimes, in the 16th century, Osaka castle was built and when rivers like a mesh of a net was facilitated as a canal, Osaka developed as the biggest historical commercial town in Japan.
Dotombori is one of the biggest canals among them and was named after a big merchant, Dotom Yasui after excavating and facilitating. At the time, there were rice fields and wetlands in the southern part of Dotombori. The successors of Dotom gathered play houses from all over Osaka to develop the land and built a big play town.
A bit theater of 5 seats permitted by the then shogunate and middle and small play houses which were called "Dotombori 5 Seats" attracted for a long time as the nation's biggest theater town. A play writer Monzaemon Chikamatsu and novelist Saikaku Ihara were the biggest persons in Japan who were active in the 1700s. Their activities also were owed to the big theater tow in Dotombori. Current Osaka is known as a town of Bunraku (Ningyo Joruri) but in Edo period, it attracted performers and audience from all over Japan as a place of play (Kabuki).
As once of London West end or New York Broadway, Dotombori as a play town was washed down by the waves of its history but the town atmosphere has not been changed it still attracts many tourist.
"Dotombori ZAZA" was built on the trace of "Nakaza" which is one of the oldest theater among "Dotombori Goza". We are happy if you enjoy "TOMBORI FES 2018" which is a new Dotombori entertainment at "Dotombori ZAZA" which tells Dotombori history as a theater town.

Mafuyu Kamimura
She loved singing songs and watching shows from her early age and sometime after she wished to be on a stage and started writing poems by herself from around junior high school age.
In autumn in 2008, she entered Avex artist academy in Osaka school, and studied vocal for 4 years and a half, and dancing for 2 years and a half. After that, in winter in 2014, she won audition of ORIX BUFFALOES Official Dance & Vocal Unite BsGirls. In 2015s and 2016s, for two years, she acted as a vocal. At BsGirls One Man LIve was the topic of two-year consecutive attracting more than 2,000 audience at ORIX theater.
－and finally in 2017, as a solo artist that she has dreamed years and years, she took a step forward.
Being offered the music piece by sound producer FLARE in July 6th, she finally threw her first live performance without any support!
The piece got sold out even without promoting it at all and got a huge attention.
In September 29th that year she had a second live performance and third in December 30th as well.
As a guest appearance in a nightclub in Okinawa "epica", "HOKURIKU Girls girls FESTIVAL LIVE&FASHION" held in Toyama prefecture as an opening act and an appearance in "GIRLS SHOWER" held in Shibuya Tokyo, she’s been expanding her activity places outside of Osaka as well.
-This year, May 6th 2018, she threw her fourth live performance as well!
In 2018, She’s making even more public appearances in events and live performances for further progress! Everybody please stay tuned!
Also, the lyrics of her original pieces are all written by her own self and she’s even offering her lyrics towards various artists and companies as well. She’s doing other things apart from lyrics offering and her solo activities, such as commercial songs, gingle announces at events, test recordings for other artists and so on.
Mixed gender group of total of 6 people of Dance & vocal group called ARCUS. In April 2013, after ARCUS 1st year students were formed, the selection audition has been held every year.
Grand Prix was awarded for the plan that collaborated with Avex Artist Academy and SHOWROOM which was conducted in March 2017.
The first appearance was in TOKYO GIRLS MUSIC FES. 2017 performed at Yoyogi Daiichi Gymnasium on March 26.
Not only the outdoor events hosted by avex, they have been actively showing various live house events, music festival, and local events mainly in Kansai area.
On an individual level, their varieties of activities include modeling, acting, MC, artist's back dancers, and the like.
"ORIX BUFFALOES baseball official dance and vocal unit " BsG for short
BsGirls is a band composed in 2014 as the fist baseball "dance and vocal unit" with the collaboration of ORIX BUFFALOES and avex. The biggest feature is this band is composed with a vocal and performers and they perform with their singing and dancing and from their debut year they have released their cds every single year. Performing under "bad and cool", the unit has been successfully offering many solo lives with its cool visual image and strong performance.
It boasts of the popularity of its audition with over 100 times winning rate, and existing members are not allowed to remain in the unit to continue their activities without retaking the audition and survive.
In 2018, BsGirls comprises 14 members (4 vocalists and 10 performers) selected from the total of 1,480 which is the largest number of applicants in BsGirls history ever, and they invigorate Buffaloes even more!

a.k.a. Sakuhana Made a shameless debut as the Naniwa's royal road idol unit on March 11, 2017!!
The idol unitperformes mainly in Kansai and Tokai areas and comprises 18-year-old Madoka Seyama who received the idol award at "NEXT BREAK AUDITION" hosted by Twin Planet Entertainment, a finalist of the same audition and twins who were the finalists of the new member audition of Akishibu project, etc. whose fashion, tastes and preferences.

Ryosuke Kadomatsu
Born on September 13, 1981 Born in Osaka Formed an acoustic duo "Himari" in 2002.
With the sales record of total 10,000 CDs manually, made a major debut with a mini album "himari" in 2007.
The 4th single hit the highest 16th place in the Oricon daily ranking!
Started as a solo after completing 13 years of performances as "Himari" at the end of March 2016!
With a slogan "from my local Kansai throughout the nation!", he performs multi-tasking activities on radio, TV, MC, etc. while performing annual 150 live shows across the nation.
In June this year, he performed as a solo national anthem singer during the "Rakuten vs. Hanshin" pro baseball interleague held at Rakuten Seimei Park Miyagi.

[Sasuke] was formed in 2000 with his high school classmates Yuji Okuyama and Yuta Kitashimizu, and performs nationwide live activities mainly through the street live at Omiya station front.
The debut song "Aoi Bench" released on April 7, 2004 made a total of 300,000 sales major hit (the highest ranking of 8th place in Oricon single chart) followed by the 1st album [Smile] which was a major hit with over 450,000 sales.
The unit dissolved in April 2004 although being regretted by every one.
The two starts going on separate paths, but achieved a reformation in April 2014 on the tenth anniversary of the release of "Aoi Bench".
Currently they actively perform on TV, radio, etc. while focusing on their live performances.
From November 2015, they are assigned as the tourism ambassador at their hometown, Moroyama-machi, Saitama.
"Yell Song", the official supporting song for Daiya Seto, the swimmer who is also the tourism ambassador became a hot topic.

A band from Osaka, whose members are 18 years old on average and each of them can perform as a vocalist and a song writer.
Accumulating their stage experiences mainly in Tokyo/ Osaka, they made a major debut in November 2016.
Released in February 2018 is its first album "CHOCOLATE", and performed the joint tour in 18 locations nationwide, which is its longest tour, and its solo live performance at Shibuya Quatro.
It is planning to hold its own hosting event in August and September followed by a solo live performance in November.

KYOHEI (Vo,Gt) who has been doing live performances focused on his band activities since he was a student and MITSUAKI (Vo) who was a member in an gospel group met each other in the stage appearance and established Honey L Days.
Their forth single "Manazashi" released in 2010 went viral as a theme song in TBS TV drama "Tumblimg" drawing new rythmic gymnastics and recorded a million downloads of its ringtones. The straightforward lyrics which talks about how you should head towards your dream without giving up, resonated with many and became an encouragement song for those who are working hard. This also became one of Honey L Days' most well-known and signature songs. A 8-member orthodox pretty girl unit which made its debut in March 2016.
Garnered a lot of support with their neat and clean appearances which contrasted with their strong live performances.
Held a 5-city nationwide tour in 2017 where the final of the tour was held at Umeda HEPHALL with great success. Achieved the most number of votes and won the first champion title in the "KANSAI IDOL LEAGUE" which was a voting competition for 10 idol groups representative of their hometown in the Kansai region over a 6-month period. Held their first overseas concerts at Shanghai and SUMMER SONIC 2017.
Their own first national distribution single "Second Declaration/RE:GAME" was released in May 1, 2018, and won the second award of ORICON Daily Chart and the eleventh award of Weekly Chart! In May 6, 2018, one-person show at "Namba Hatch" was greatly succeeded.

August 2017 hosted outdoor Face connection collection rock and reached out 8000 audiences in total.

Soyokaze, an acoustic group started by 3 classmates of high school.
They started a live performance on the street mainly in Kyobashi, Osaka.
They carried out a live concert by themselves without belonging to company in live house hall such as Nanba Hatch and Zepp Nanba that are the halls where a major artist performs.
They performed in "10th Osaka Motor Show", the largest motor event in western Japan that was carried out in 2017, and wrote an event theme song "Potential～Day when a car exceeds a car".
In June 2018 "Be Brave" decided tie-up as opening and ending song of J: COM "Gamba EX".
From February 2019, seven live single shows nationwide have been decided.

Yutaka Kijima
Originated from Itami-city, Hyogo Prefecture
He was born in 1983, 178cm in height, Gemini and B blood type.
He started singing in the influence of his father from 5 years of age and had lessons of Minyo by his father in full-fledged and won awards of various Grand Prix at Minyo National convention together.
After then, he develops his activities to R&B, Pops, and world music.
In 2006, he went so far to semi-final at "EXILE VOCAL BATTLE AUDITION".
His voice gives people warms and moving with his clear glossy voice, mixture of thick song force cultivated in Minyo and subtle balance, and unique world with modern pops and &auot;Japanese&auot;.
His foreign singing to his own accompaniment with Shamisen attracted audience and picked up at a wide show (Shinichi Hatori Moring Show aired on 24 July).
At the 50the Jana Yusen Award, he won "Yosen Encouragement Award".
He released "Hitoiki tsukinagara" on 1 August 2018.
