* Customers who come to the transfer performance will be able to use their tickets as they are.
Please keep it in a safe place and be sure to bring your own ticket on the day of the performance.
■ Regarding ticket refund
Ticket refund methods differ for each ticket agency, so please check for each ticket agency you purchased below.
We will not be able to respond outside the refund acceptance period, so please be sure to complete the procedure within the refund acceptance period. Please note that we will not be able to reissue or refund a ticket if it is lost or if there is no stub.
■ Customers who purchased by e-mail magazine member by drawing lots advance / official by drawing lots advance

Please bring it to the convenience store that issued the ticket for the target performance within the refund period.
Please tell the cashier at the store that the refund will be due to the postponement of the performance and present your ticket.
We will refund the price in exchange for the ticket.
