「LIGHTS vol.2」
東京・西麻布の夜を灯す企画展「LIGHTS」を二会期にわたり開催。
第二会期「LIGHTS vol.2」では、デジタルやテクノロジーをはじめとする手法を作品制作に用いながら、現代的なテーマで光を表現する作家を中心に作品を展示・販売いたします。
展覧会初日である2月28日（水）には、オープニングレセプションを実施いたします。オープニングレセプションでは、作家の在廊、併設するバーでもメニューを提供いたします。皆様のご来場お待ちしております。

岡﨑龍之祐／Ryunosuke Okazaki
「JOMONJOMON anthropo-15」2024年
1995年、広島県に生まれ、2021年東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科デザイン専攻を修了。2021年9月と2022年3月にランウェイショーを開催、また、「LVMHプライズ 2022」のファイナリストに選出されるなど、岡﨑はこれまで、デザイナーとしてファッションシーンで活動を続けてきた。枠組みにとらわれない岡﨑の制作スタイルは、現代における新しいアートの可能性を見出す。
広島県生まれの岡﨑は、生まれ育った街がもつ歴史と自然を感覚しながら制作を行う。自身にとっての作品作りは、その歴史と自然に敬意を表した儀式や祈願の行為に似ていると岡﨑は語る。代表的な「JOMONJOMON」シリーズは、約一万年の悠久ともいえる「縄文時代」が由来である。その時代に生きた人々が、自然に対する畏怖を感じながらも共生し、恩恵を受け、祈りを込めながら作られていた「縄文土器」を想起させる作品群は、うねうねとした曲線や装飾を携えた形作りが特徴的だ。また、シンメトリーのその造形は、幼い頃から身近にあった厳島神社の大鳥居の秩序と意志を意識している。
現代的な素材を用いながら空気を包括するような構造は、この人新世時代 (the Anthropocene Era) における縄文の精神を受け継ぎ、今なお続く戦争や病い、自然災害に対する祈りを象徴しているようにも捉えられる。
渋谷パルコ2F、NANZUKA 2Gにて個展「Jomon Echoes in the Anthropocene (curated by AKIINOUE)」が3月10日（日）まで開催中。
Born in Hiroshima in 1995. Okazaki completed his M.F.A. the Graduate School of Design, Tokyo University of the Arts in 2021. He has held runway shows in September 2021 and March 2022, and was selected as a finalist for the LVMH Prize 2022. He has been active on the fashion scene as a designer. His production style, which is not bound by any framework, reveals new possibilities for art in the modern age.

His signature “JOMONJOMON” series originates from the Jomon period, which can be said to be 10,000 years long. The works are reminiscent of Jomon earthenware, which was made by people living in that era, who were in awe of nature while living in harmony with it, receiving its blessings, and praying for it. The symmetry of the shapes is reminiscent of the Otorii (Grand Gate) of Itsukushima Shrine, which has been familiar to him since he was a child.
The use of modern materials in a structure that seems to encompass the air, is a symbol of the Jomon spirit of the Anthropocene Era, and a prayer against war, disease, and natural disasters that continue to this day.
Solo exhibition “Jomon Echoes in the Anthropocene (curated by AKIINOUE)” is being held at NANZUKA 2G on the 2nd floor of Shibuya Parco until March 10 (Sun.).
河野未彩／Midori Kawano
「結び」
視覚ディレクター／グラフィックアーティスト
音楽や美術に漂う宇宙観に強く惹かれ、2000年代半ばから創作活動を始め、2006年に多摩美術大学プロダクトデザイン専攻を卒業。
主に現象や女性像に着目した色彩快楽的な作品を展開しており、CDジャケットや広告をはじめとするアートディレクションやグラフィックデザイン、ミュージックビデオなどの映像、プロダクト、空間演出など、クライアントワークやコラボレーションも多数手掛けてきた。
宇宙に起こる物質的な現象は、得てして心の中の動きにも共通するものがあるという漠然とした思いを幼少の頃に抱き、それらの「現象」を哲学的に再解釈し可視化することが近年の個人作品の主軸としてある。
多色の影をつくる照明「RGB_Light」は、日米特許取得から製品化までを実現。
作品集「GASBOOK 34 MIDORI KAWANO」をGAS AS INTERFACEより刊行。
Strongly attracted by the cosmological view that drifts in music and art, she began her creative activities in the mid-2000s and graduated from Tama Art University in 2006 with a degree in product design.
His colorful and hedonistic works mainly focus on phenomena and the female figure, and he has been involved in numerous client works and collaborations, including art direction and graphic design for CD jackets and advertisements, music videos and other videos, products, and spatial design.
In her childhood, she had a vague idea that the material phenomena that occur in the universe often have something in common with the movements of the mind, and her recent personal works are based on a philosophical reinterpretation and visualization of these “phenomena.
Her product “RGB_Light” lighting device that produces multi-colored shadows was patented in Japan and the U.S. and commercialized in Japan and the U.S.
The artist book, “GASBOOK 34 MIDORI KAWANO” was published by GAS AS INTERFACE.

玉山拓郎／Takuro Tamayama
「Billboard and Mop」2023年
1990年、岐阜県生まれ。東京都在住。
愛知県立芸術大学を経て、2015年に東京藝術大学大学院修了。
身近にあるイメージを参照し生み出された家具や日用品のようなオプジェクト、映像の色調、モノの律動、鮮やかな照明や音響を組み合わせることによって、緻密なコンポジションを持った空間を表現している。
近年の主な展覧会に、「2021 年度第3期コレクション展」(愛知県美術館、2022)、「Anything will slip off / If cut diagonally』(ANOMALY、2021)、「開館 25周年記念コレクション展 VISION Part 1 光について /光をともして』(豊田市美術館、2020)など。

After studying at Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts and Music, completed graduate studies at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2015.
He expresses spaces with precise compositions by combining objects such as furniture and everyday items created by referencing familiar images, color tones of video, the rhythm of objects, and vivid lighting and sound.
Recent major exhibitions include “FY2021 Third Collection Exhibition” (Aichi Prefectural Museum of Art, 2022), “Anything will slip off / If cut diagonally” (ANOMALY, 2021), and “25th Anniversary Collection Exhibition VISION Part 1: About the Light / Let the Light Shine” (Toyota Municipal Museum of Art, 2020).
増田将大／Masahiro Masuda
「Moment’s #77」2022年
1991年静岡県生まれ。2020年東京藝術大学博士後期課程修了。現在は茨城県にあるシェアスタジオ、STUDIO航大を拠点に活動。増田将大の作品は、場所やもの・建造物など日常的な光景を撮影し、その画像をプロジェクターで同じ場所に投影。再び同じ視点で撮影するというプロセスを複数回くり返し、さらにそれをキャンバスの上にシルクスクリーンで刷り重ねることで、多数の図像のズレと絵の具の重なり、掠れを孕んだイメージを映し出す。
このカメラとプロジェクターを用いたイメージの重なりとズレは、我々の生きているこの時間が、一瞬一瞬が連続する映画フィルムのように連なり、形づくっているのではと想起させる。
近年の展示には、「Scattered and Connected」（MARUEIDO JAPAN、東京／赤坂
2022年）、「VOCA 2020」（上野の森美術館、東京／上野）などがある。またパブリックコレクションとして「公益財団法人現代芸術振興財団前澤友作コレクション」に作品が収蔵されている。
Born 1991 in Shizuoka, Japan, he completed his doctorate at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2020. He is currently based at STUDIO Koudai, a shared studio in Ibaraki Prefecture. Masahiro Masuda’s work consists of photographing everyday scenes of places, objects, and buildings, and then projecting the images onto the same location using a projector. He repeats the process of photographing the same viewpoint multiple times, and then prints the images on a canvas with a silk screen.
The overlapping and displaced images created by the camera and projector remind us that the time in which we live is like a series of film images, each moment of which is a sequence of successive films, and that they are forming a form.
Recent exhibitions include “Scattered and Connected” (MARUEIDO JAPAN, Akasaka, Tokyo
2022) and “VOCA 2020” (The Ueno Royal Museum, Ueno, Tokyo). In addition, his works are in the public collection of “The Yusaku Maezawa Collection of the Foundation for the Promotion of Contemporary Art”.
松田ハル／Hal Matsuda
「Horse Training」2024年
1998年岩手県生まれ。2021年筑波大学芸術専門学群美術専攻版画領域卒業。2023年京都 芸術大学大学院グローバル・ゼミ修了。クマ財団奨学生5期生。WATOWA ART AWARD2021 特別賞、CAF賞2022入選等受賞、丸の内アートアワード2023フランス大使 館賞など。
松田ハルは人間の身体やフェイクグリーンを3DスキャンしたものをVR上で加工し、またシルクスクリーン印刷や彫刻へのドローイングによって、現実空間にイメージを複写します。近年では平面作品の他に映像、彫刻等も制作。
Born in Iwate, Japan in 1998, he graduated from the University of Tsukuba in 2021, majoring in fine arts, printmaking, and completed the Graduate School Global Seminar at Kyoto University of Art in 2023. He received the WATOWA ART AWARD 2021 Special Prize, CAF Award 2022 Honorable Mention, Marunouchi Art Award 2023 French Embassy Prize, and others.
Hal Matsuda reproduces images in real space as silk screen printing, and drawing on sculptures, by processing 3D scanned datas of human bodies and artificial plants in VR space. In recent years, he has been creating video works and sculptures as well as two-dimensional works.
