*The performance will operate in accordance with the guidelines created based on the Japanese government’s Basic Policy for Countermeasures against COVID-19 Infection.
*Regardless of the reason, tickets for this performance cannot be canceled, changed or refunded after purchase. Please be aware of this.
 
■ How to receive your tickets
*To receive your tickets, you will need a smartphone compatible with the AnyPASS smartphone app.
*Tickets can only be picked up using the mobile phone number registered as the customer’s mobile phone number at time of application.
Tickets cannot be picked up using any other mobile phone numbers, so please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the performance date.
Updating your phone model is no problem, as long as the phone number stays the same.
*Each person will be required to present one ticket to enter this performance, so please use the AnyPASS app to distribute the tickets among the members of your party.
In order for a member of your party to receive a ticket, that person must also download the AnyPASS app and register for use (free of charge).
Please make sure that every person attending this performance has a smartphone equipped with the following compatible OS and capable of SMS authentication before applying.
*Strictly in the case that one of your party is a minor and does not own a compatible smartphone, that person will be required to present information such as ID, name, contact information, etc. before entering the venue on the day of the performance.
The applicant and all accompanying persons must be together as a group to be admitted.
If you do not show your ID, and you are not a minor, you may not be permitted to enter. We ask for your understanding.

■ Initiatives ■
● All tickets for this performance will be handled as digital tickets. When entering the venue, we ask that you please operate your own smartphone at the direction of staff.
● All people attending the performance are encouraged to wear masks, wash their hands diligently, and disinfect their hands. To manage your health, body temperature measurement will be comprehensively implemented.
● All parts of the venue that attendees can touch, such as handrails and doorknobs, will be thoroughly disinfected.
● The venue will be thoroughly ventilated.
● Sufficient distance will be secured between the stage and the audience seating.
● Floor markings will be put in place so that attendees can queue at proper intervals wherever queueing is required.
● In places where face-to-face contact is required, acrylic sheets, transparent vinyl curtains, etc. will be installed to prevent droplet infection.
● Disinfectant will be installed and available at various locations in the venue.
● Information boards on infection prevention will be set up, and staff patrols will offer instructions about infection prevention.
● Smoking areas in the venue will be closed.
● Bringing in alcohol, drinking alcohol in the venue, and being intoxicated are all prohibited.
● As an infection prevention measure, we recommend purchasing concert goods and CDs/DVDs from various official online websites.
If we determine that concert goods and CDs/DVDs can be sold inside or outside the venue, we will take measures such as requiring queueing for purchases to prevent crowding and installing transparent vinyl curtains, etc. to prevent droplet infection.
● We regret to inform you that gifts, celebratory flowers, bouquets, letters, etc. for performers will not be accepted. Please be aware that if these arrive at the venue, they will not be accepted.
● We ask that anyone who is pregnant, or may be pregnant, or has a chronic illness or underlying illness, or who has difficulty acting without assistance, etc. please exercise their own discretion when considering attending the venue. Please prioritize your own physical safety, as well as the safety of any others involved.
● Temperature measurement stations will be set up at each entrance to measure the body temperature of attendees using non-contact thermometers. If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, your temperature will be measured once more at the designated waiting area. If there is no change in your body temperature, you will be refused admission.
● Where high risk of infection exists, such as close crowding by venue patrons, venue staff may speak to you. In such cases, your cooperation is requested.
 
 
■ Admission process ■
(1) Body temperature will be measured using a non-contact thermometer, and hands will be disinfected.
Customers with temperatures above 37.5°C will be re-measured as part of a medical check, and may be refused admission at the discretion of the nurse.
(2) Your digital ticket will be checked. Patrons are requested to scan the QR code themselves at the terminals installed at the venue.
 
■ Requests for attendees ■
● We recommend that you register for the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA) released by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

● Please refrain from attending if you have had close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID, or anyone who has visited within the past two weeks any country or region under government immigration restrictions or that requires an observation period after entry, or anyone who is a resident of such a place.
● Please refrain from attending if you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or symptoms such as coughing, difficulty breathing, bodily fatigue, sore throat, runny nose or nasal congestion, taste or olfactory disorder, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headaches, joint or muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting. In addition, alcohol intake may increase body temperature. Please refrain from drinking alcohol before coming to the venue. In any case, please note that admission will be refused to anyone with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher.
● You must wear a mask when you come to the venue. If you do not wear a mask, you will not be allowed to enter. Please be sure to bring your own mask.
● Upon entering the venue, be sure to disinfect your hands with the disinfectant provided.
● To prevent droplet infection, loud conversation and cheering are prohibited. Also, please refrain from unnecessary movement among seats during the performance, contact between attendees, and lending or borrowing of items.
● Please cooperate with coughing etiquette, and refrain from talking in the audience seating and lobby as much as possible.
● Please note that the staff will speak to customers who are found to be in poor physical condition. In addition, please note that your admission to the venue may be refused in certain circumstances.
 
■ Infectious disease prevention for staff and performers ■
● The body temperature and health condition of all staff members and related persons will be checked.
● If a person is found to be in poor physical condition, such as having a fever, he or she will not be permitted to work.
● To prevent droplet infection, all workers are encouraged to wear a mask and face shield.
● Upon entering the venue, hands will be thoroughly disinfected.
● The body temperature and health condition of all performers will also be checked. Performers will be required to wear a mask except when performing. We also encourage wearing of face shields, and we may require staff to wear one if necessary.
● In the event of any unusual incident, we will immediately cooperate with government health agencies such as health centers and neighboring medical institutions to promptly take measures to ensure the health and safety of performers and staff.
