Further information about the performances will be announced on our official website accordingly.
The number of people allowed to come to the performances is based on the information announced by the government and local authorities as of Monday, June 21, 2021.

These performances will be held per the government's Basic Policies for Novel Coronavirus Disease Control (Revised on May 25) and the policy of the Novel Coronavirus Response Headquarters, and follow the requirements of the Novel Coronavirus Expert Meeting to establish guidelines presented in the Analysis and Recommendations of the Response to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) (Released on May 29), to create a list of items that must be observed as measures to prevent the spread of infection, and will implement them as follows.
These measures will be changed in accordance with the government's upcoming policies and guidelines (indicators for gradual easing of restriction on holding events).
Please read the following information. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■ Safety measures taken at these performances ■
● We will make sure all people involved in the performance wear masks, wash their hands frequently, sanitize their hands, and take their temperature to keep themselves in good health.
● We will thoroughly disinfect handrails, doorknobs, and other areas in the venue that are frequently touched.
● We will make sure that the venue is well ventilated.
● We will set up visual markers so that guests can maintain their distance from each other in areas where they need to line up.
● In areas where we need to interact with guests in person, we will place plastic screens and curtains to prevent droplet exposure.
● We will place disinfectants at various locations throughout the venue.
● We will set up noticeboards and have staff patrolling the venue to advise guests to take measures to prevent infection.
● Smoking areas in the venue will be closed.
● Bringing in or drinking alcoholic beverages in the venue, or being drunk, is prohibited.
● To prevent the spread of infection, we recommend purchasing concert merchandise and CDs/DVDs online from our official websites.
If we decide to sell concert merchandise or CDs/DVDs inside or outside the venue, we will set up a line to prevent overcrowding and place plastic curtains to prevent droplet exposure.
● We cannot accept gifts, flowers, standing flowers, or letters to the performers. If such gifts are delivered to the venue, we will not take them.
● If you are or might be pregnant, have a chronic or underlying medical condition, or are unable to travel alone, please consider coming to the event at your discretion, giving priority to the safety of yourself and those concerned.
● We will set up a temperature check station at every entrance and take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer. If your temperature is 37.5°C or above, we will recheck your temperature at the designated waiting area, and if your temperature remains the same, you will not be allowed to enter.
● If we find a situation where infection is very likely to occur, such as if there are many people in a crowded area, we may ask you to cooperate to resolve the matter.

■ How to enter ■
1. We will take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer and disinfect your hands at the entrance.
If your temperature is 37.5°C or above, we will recheck your temperature at the designated waiting area, and if your temperature remains the same, you will not be allowed to enter.

3. Please fill out and submit the medical questionnaire.

■ Requests to guests■
We encourage guests to install the COCOA COVID-19 Contact-Confirming App as requested by the government in case of an outbreak of infection.
Please also note that since all tickets are paper tickets, all guests will be asked to fill in their name and contact information on a dedicated form (medical questionnaire) provided at the venue.

Also, please refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages before coming to the event as it may increase your temperature. No matter the reason, you will not be allowed to enter the venue if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher.
● Wearing a mask is mandatory when coming to the event. If you are not wearing a mask, you will not be allowed to enter. Please be sure to bring your own mask.

■ Safety measures against infectious diseases for our staff and performers ■
● We will take temperatures and examine the health of all staff and related persons.
● If we find our staff members are ill, such as with fever, they will not be allowed to work.
● In order to prevent droplet infections, we encourage our staff to wear masks and face shields.
● Our staff will disinfect their hands frequently, for example, when entering the venue.
● We will also take temperatures and examine the health of the performers. All performers are required to wear a mask at all times except when performing. We also encourage the wearing of face shields, and if necessary, we will make it mandatory.
● If any irregularities occur, we will promptly take measures to ensure the health and safety of our artists and staff in cooperation with the public health authorities and local medical institutions.

We will change the above measures depending on the future outbreak status of COVID-19, as well as changes in the policies and guidelines of government agencies and industry organizations.
