Daichi Miura will perform live & appear in a special talk session with music producer Nao’ymt and Mirai Moriyama!

This time, performances on the ship's stage (T-LOTUS M) have been scheduled, including Daichi Miura, MURO, Shinichi Osawa, Night Tempo, who are all active in the domestic and international music scenes, and the first performance in Japan by new generation alternative band Nanxi Ken En from Taiwan.

Daichi Miura The "Sphere" is a conceptual project that the artist and music producer Nao’ymt have been working on since 2018, and together with Mirai Moriyama of MEET YOUR ART MC and Nao’ymt, they will give a talk on the theme of "Possibilities of Art and Music" and also perform live and will also perform a live performance centered on the "sphere.

■Comment from Daichi Miura

The work "Sphere" was created in 2018 with Nao’ymt in the form of an album, but it is a project that includes not only the music, but also the stage where I performed alone and the artwork. I started this project with the idea of creating a project with Nao’ymt that would remain after my life was over. It was not long ago that I released an album, but I am very happy to be able to unravel it from an artistic aspect with "MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2024". Actually, this is the first time for me to hold a talk session with Nao’ymt, and I am very much looking forward to participating in "MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2024" as I hope to use this opportunity to convey the "sphere" project to various people from a new angle.

Hello everyone in Japan, we are the Taiwanese alternative band "Southwest Kenen".

We are very happy to have been selected to perform at MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2024. This will also be our first time performing in Japan.

We've always loved Japan and have often traveled there, so we're very excited! After we formed, we shot the music videos for our first two songs, "Fireworks" and "Practice: A Personal Life," in Ibaraki Prefecture. And in our second album, "You Are Quiet," there is a Japanese song that we collaborated with the Japanese band "UNIDOTS," and we're very happy to finally have the opportunity to perform this song in Japan. We look forward to seeing you all at MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL.

Additionally, a stellar line-up of performers will be performing over the four days of the festival, including Shinichi Osawa, who has long been a leader in the Japanese music scene, MURO, and Night Tempo, a Korean producer and DJ who has emerged from the "future funk" scene and is active mainly in the United States and Japan.

Daichi Miura 's talk session as well as the DJ and live performance are all free to attend.

Enjoy a whole day of performances by a variety of musicians in a special setting along the Tennozu Canal, art exhibitions and art fairs featuring over 100 artists, and a market spread across the canal.
