미술가. 회화, 조각, 영상, 사운드 인스톨레이션, 프로젝트 기반의 실천을 횡단해, 다른 시간 스케일이나 생명 활동, 언어/정보의 방식을 교차시키는 작품을 전개하고 있다. 인간 중심적인 시간 의식과 가치관, 바이오폴리틱스로부터 일탈한 인간의 존재의 본연의 자세에 관심을 가져, 반복, 어긋남, 정체와 같은 퀴어 타임적 감각을 통해, 일상의 리듬이나 얼터너티브한 진화, 신체 기능의 변용 등 복수의 레이어를 중첩한다. 또한 SF적 상상력이나 사회규범의 인용, 유머를 통해 다양한 미디어를 이동·변형시켜 의미의 성립 조건 그 자체를 재검토하고 있다. 주요 활동에, 아시안 컬쳐럴 카운실(ACC) 휄로우십에 의한 뉴욕에서의 레지던스, 국립 대만 미술관에서 개최된 「아시안 아트 비엔날레 2021」에의 참가, 도쿄 대학 야스다 강당에서의 「TEDxUTokyo 2023」에의 등단 등.

An artist whose practice spans pain ting, sculpture, video, sound installation, and project-based works, exploring intersections between differing temporal scales, forms of life activity, and modes of language and information. Their work is informed by an interest in or anthropocentric notions of time, systems of value, and biopolitics. Through queer temporal sensibilities such as repetition, disjunction, and stagnation, they layer multiple dimensions including everyday rhythms, alternative forms of evolution, and transformations of bodily functions. norms, and humor, the artist continuously shifts and transforms media in order to question the very conditions through which meaning is produced. Major activities include a residency in New York through the Asian Cultural Council (ACC) Fellowship, participation in the “Asian Art of Fine Arts, and a presentation at “TEDxUTokyo 2023” held at Yasuda Auditorium, The University of Tokyo.
