品川亮

화가. 1987년생, 오사카부 출신.
교토를 거점으로 활동. 동양의 회화, 문화적 역사를 재고하면서 현대의 새로운 회화의 가능성을 확장하는 데 도전.
걸이 축이나 蜖絵 등의 전통적인 양식에서 현대의 건축 공간에 이르기까지 폭넓은 표현을 만들어내는 것에 적극적으로 임하면서 '회화란 무엇인가'를 묻고 있다.
주요 개인전에 「Re:Action」(후쿠다 미술관 파노라마 갤러리 / 교토), 「RYO SHINAGAWA」 (Eslite Gallery / 타이베이), 「LANDSCAPE」 (OIL by 미술 수첩 갤러리 / 도쿄) 등.
또한 겐인지 양족원, 천령산 송림원, 타이거마법병 주식회사(오사카), 일본항공주식회사(도쿄) 등 사원이나 기업에의 작품 제작도 실시한다.

Based on East Asian pain ting techniques, I continue to explore the possibilities of pain ting in the contemporary age while reconsidering cultural history.
While developing a wide range of artistic expression, from traditional genres such as hanging scrolls and fusuma door pain tings to modern architectural spaces, my work is centered on the question: "What is pain ting?”
