長谷川寛示

1990년생. 미에현 거주.
도쿄 예술 대학 미술 학부 조각과를 거쳐 2016년 동 대학 대학원 미술 연구과 조각 전공
수료. 같은 해 조동종 대본산 영평사에서 수행, 스님이 된다. 2024년에 환속.
주요 개인전에 "decay, remains"(2023, KANA KAWANISHI G ALL ERY, 도쿄) 등.
그룹 전시회에 "도약하는 제작자 : 사람과 자연의 미래를 바라 보는 예술, 디자인
기술, 2023, 교토시 교세라 미술관, 교토, 평형 세계 일본 미술,
전후부터 오늘까지」(2023, 오쿠라 슈코칸, 도쿄), 「Têmporas/템플러

Born in 1990, and currently living in Mie Prefecture. After graduating from Tokyo
University of the Arts(Department of Sculpture, Faculty of Fine Arts), in 2016,
Hasegawa earned a masters in sculpture at the same university's Graduate School
of Fine Arts. In the same year, he joined Eiheiji, the head temple of the Soto Zen
sect, to train as a Buddhist monk. He returned to secular life in 2024.
Major solo exhibitions include Decay, remains(2023, Kana Kawanishi Gallery,
Tokyo), and group exhibitions, Têmporas KUROOBIANACONDA #4(2022, Sokyo
Lisbon Gallery, Lisbon), Visionaries: Making Another Perspective (2023, Kyoto City
KYOCERA Museum of Art), WORLDS IN BALANCE: ART IN JAPAN FROM THE
POSTWAR TO THE PRESENT (2023, Okura Museum of Art, Tokyo)
