[How to participate in the fan event]

At the venue on the day of the event, you will receive one participation ticket for every 3,000 yen (tax included) spent.

 

[Details and precautions for the fan event]

*Only event tickets will be distributed on the day of the event. You cannot choose the date.

*The distribution of bonus tickets will take place from the start of sales until the end of the bonus event.

*Please note that there are limited quantities of merchandise and participation tickets available for sale. Once all the tickets are gone, the sale will end.

*Each participation ticket can only be used by the purchaser, but small children can accompany you and participate in High Five event if they meet the following conditions.

(Up to 3 people in total: the purchaser (a parent or guardian aged 18 or over) + 2 preschool-aged children)

*A special ticket is required for elementary school students and older.

*Photography is prohibited during the fan event.

 

[Regarding payment methods and important points to note when purchasing products]

Payment methods include cash, credit card (one-time payment), QR code payment, and electronic money.

・After purchase, refunds, quantity changes, and format changes are not possible for any reason.

If you require assistance, such as using a wheelchair, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

Please be aware that cameras may be present on the day for media coverage, etc., and that you may appear in the footage.

 

【Precautions】

Please be sure to follow the following precautions when participating in the event.

In particular, any actions that startle or insult the members, any photography or behavior that is significantly detrimental to their dignity, and any actions that delay the progress of the event are strictly prohibited.

If, at the discretion of our staff, any of the above actions are deemed to have occurred, you may be asked to leave the venue. Depending on the circumstances, this may also result in the interruption or cancellation of the event, and you may be prohibited from participating in any future fan events. In such cases, we regret that we cannot accept returns or refunds for any purchased items. Thank you for your understanding.

Please follow the instructions of our staff, and only those who understand the above points will be allowed to participate.

 

(Regarding the event in general)

- The event will proceed in case of rain, but will be canceled in case of severe weather.

Customers carrying metal objects, utility knives, scissors, or other items considered dangerous will be denied entry.

We do not have a cloakroom or similar facilities. We do not offer temporary luggage storage.

Please note that you will not be able to participate in the fan event with large luggage such as suitcases. Please leave your luggage in a locker or other facility before coming to the venue.

Please refrain from bringing any belongings to the fan event, except for those necessary for your participation.

If you have luggage, please use the luggage storage area inside the venue or leave it there upon arrival. Due to space limitations at the venue and to ensure smooth proceedings, we kindly ask that you keep your luggage to a minimum. Please be responsible for the safekeeping of your valuables while inside the venue. The event staff, organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft or loss.

Defamation, libel, and intimidation of the person are strictly prohibited. If any such behavior is discovered, you will be prohibited from participating in future fan events.

The same applies if any conduct or comments deemed inappropriate by the organizers are observed.

・To ensure the smooth running of the event, staff may touch your shoulder or arm to guide you. Please understand this before participating.

Resale, transfer, copying, or forgery of event tickets and numbered tickets is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be denied entry to the event. Forgery is a criminal offense and will be immediately reported to the police.

・The details of the fan event may be subject to change.

・Event details may be changed or the event may be canceled due to natural disasters, accidents, troubles, or circumstances related to the artist.

Recording, filming, or taking photos during any fan event other than the designated photo session is strictly prohibited.

- Live streaming of the event content via the internet or other means is prohibited.

Please follow the instructions of the staff at the venue. If you do not follow the instructions or precautions of the staff, you may be refused participation in the event or entry to the venue, or the event itself may be canceled.

Sitting or gathering around the venue is prohibited as it will disturb other customers.

Please note that tickets for this event will not be reissued under any circumstances (including loss or theft).

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any items purchased during the event. Defective items will be exchanged for good ones.

・In the event of event cancellation or postponement, we cannot compensate for transportation costs, accommodation expenses, etc.

We will be taking every precaution to ensure security within the venue, but if you see any suspicious individuals or objects, please inform a nearby staff member.

・For the safe operation of the event, the organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unsuitable to attend. Please understand this in advance.

Bringing in dangerous materials or alcoholic beverages, and entering the premises while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is prohibited outside of designated areas at each event venue.

Please note that the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur inside or outside the venue.

Please be aware that various restrictions may be added to the event to prevent accidents and disruptions on the day.

- Any behavior that may disturb other customers or the facility is prohibited.

・We regret that we cannot accept any gifts or fan letters for the members on the day of the event.

*Due to limited event space, we may have to refuse entry.

* Staying overnight to reserve a spot is strictly prohibited.

*Sitting or engaging in disruptive behavior in front of each booth is strictly prohibited. Please cooperate in keeping the space clear for passage.

Please refrain from staying overnight at the venue, as this will disturb the neighbors.

If we find anyone staying up all night, we will cancel the performance.

- Reserving seats or spaces by placing luggage, sheets, etc., is prohibited throughout the facility.

Any items found will be removed immediately by staff and security personnel. Please note that the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any removed or abandoned items. The use of sheets and similar items is prohibited even if people are present.

Please be aware that you will be asked to leave the venue during setup.

Please refrain from making event-related inquiries to the venue. This may lead to the event being canceled. If you have any questions, please contact the inquiry desk below in advance. Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries on the day of the event.

Please refrain from waiting outside the venue for the members to arrive or leave, as this will cause inconvenience to the neighbors. Also, please do not linger near the venue after the event has ended.

・Transportation and accommodation expenses on the day will be the responsibility of the customer.

・In the event that it is determined that the performance cannot be held due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure at the venue, natural disasters, or transportation strikes, the performance may be canceled.
