Cooking is not always fun. There are many times when you have to push yourself, even though your mind and body are exhausted. In times like these, meals are a lifesaver. "When I eat, I can rest, and eating is the only thing I look forward to," she said, but she had no time or energy left to cook, so she neglected her health and tended to have an unbalanced diet.
BASE FOOD is easy to eat, highly nutritious, and comes in a wide variety. I was surprised. I think it will be a great companion for my production.

I am very physically active when I create paintings. I prepare the base, mix the paint, and constantly move the canvas. Being an artist is a job you can continue for the rest of your life. Your body and mind are your capital. My seniors also advise me to eat well when I am busy.
On the other hand, at big exhibitions like MYAF, you might end up talking to a lot of customers and not be able to eat anything! At times like that, it's reassuring to know that you can choose BASE FOOD, which is easy to eat.

Mealtime is an important time for me to "reset" during my creative process. When I spend a long time immersed in my work in the studio, the mental stress accumulates and often leads to negative changes. That's why I feel the need to "reset" from time to time in order to continue creating well.
Eating allows me to temporarily distance myself from my work and regain the sensations that I had lost. This small break from work plays an important role in helping me maintain my concentration while creating.

We are very pleased to receive the support of BASE FOOD.
I create embroidery and installation works about "everyday life." At this year's MYAF, I will exhibit small household items, receipts, and other insignificant fragments of everyday life. I believe that everyday life, which we take for granted, is fragile and can be greatly disrupted by disasters, accidents, or even the smallest of things. For example, everyday life can be shaken by injury.
I am currently raising my children and working at a studio at the same time. I have been living a life where I have no time to think about my health, and it has made me sick. I have used BASE FOOD a few times before, but it is especially at times like these that I am so grateful for the existence of BASE FOOD, where I can easily get nutrition. I look forward to a life with BASE FOOD in it.
