In collaboration with Pasona art now, we have launched "PUBLIC ART NOW," an open call program for outdoor artworks. Submissions are open starting today.

We are pleased to announce the launch of "PUBLIC ART NOW," an outdoor art submission program, in collaboration with Pasona art now Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yukari Ohinata), a company that creates art-based environments in diverse spaces such as public spaces, offices, and commercial facilities. Submissions are now being accepted starting today.

"PUBLIC ART NOW" is an open call program that aims to support artists in taking on new challenges through opportunities to present outdoor works, and to create opportunities for continued collaboration with Pasona art now Inc. and MEET YOUR ART.

The winning entry will be displayed as an outdoor artwork at the "MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2026" venue, and will also be given the opportunity to hold a solo or group exhibition at a gallery in Minami-Aoyama operated by Pasona art now Co., Ltd. Winners of the Excellence Awards will also be given the opportunity to exhibit at the same gallery, creating opportunities for new presentations and collaborations starting from this open call.

MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL is a cross-disciplinary art festival where diverse programs such as art exhibitions, art fairs, live performances, and markets intersect. Attracting approximately 50,000 visitors, it serves as a place where various cultures and people meet through art, fostering new creations and dialogues.

The theme for 2026 is "Signs of Culture."

In our rapidly accelerating society, we aim to gather signs of new sensibilities and values that tend to be overlooked, and to visualize the cultural trends that can only be born in this era and in this place.

This program seeks outdoor artworks that embody the theme and become symbols of the festival. Within the limited time of four days, we look forward to receiving artworks that will meet many people, make them stop and admire them, create conversations and memories, and utilize the scale and spatial qualities that can only be found in this location, becoming an integral part of the overall landscape and experience of the festival.
