Dos Monos

Zhuangzi it, TaiTan, and a.k.a Rap Trio by NGS.
In 2018, he announced a contract with the US label Deathbomb Arc, and released his debut album "Dos City" in March 2019. Since then, he has appeared at various events/festivals both domestically and internationally, and has established a solid position in the scene as a heretic in the Japan music world at the event "Theater D".
In addition to musicians such as the UK rock band black midi and the US HIP HOP crew Injury Reserve, he has collaborated across genres with Taiwan's IT minister Audrey Tan, writer Yasutaka Tsutsui, and manga artist Hayashi Tianqiu. In 2021, he also focused on expanding his work in new ways, such as jointly planning the program "Lid" with video director Ryohei Kamide that jacked TV TOKYO 's stoppage band, and releasing the album "Larderello" in conjunction with him. In addition, he has a wide range of activities, such as the single "King's Tomb" being used as the OP song for "DOCUMENTAL Season 10".
While successfully touring Europe with BLACK MIDI in October 2022 and solo European tour from the summer of 2023, he suddenly reported the end of his first period of activities, and started his activities as Dos Monos in the second period in 2024. In 2024, they released the album "Dos Atomos" with a complete band formation, and in 2025, they released the EP "Dos Moons" with the jacket of Junji Ito, a master of horror manga.

Zo Zhit, TaiTan, and Botsu a.k.a NGS form the rap trio Dos Monos.
In 2018, they announced their signing with U.S. label Deathbomb Arc, and in March 2019, they released their debut album "Dos City". Since then, they have established themselves as one of the most unconventional presences in the Japanese music scene through performances at domestic and international festivals, as well as their self-curated event series "Theater D".
In addition to musical collaborations with artists such as UK rock band black midi and U.S. hip hop group Injury Reserve, Dos Monos have engaged in cross-disciplinary projects with figures like Taiwan’s Digital Minister Audrey Tang, literary author Yasutaka Tsutsui, and manga artist Q Hayashida. In 2021, they co-developed the experimental TV Tokyo broadcast-jamming project "FUTA" with video director Ryohei Kamide, releasing the album "Larderello" as part of the concept.
While in the midst of a successful European tour with black midi in late 2022 and their own headline European tour in summer 2023, the group unexpectedly announced the end of their first phase. From 2024, they began a new chapter—the second phase of Dos Monos as a band. That year, they released Dos Atomos, an album performed entirely with a live band setup, followed in 2025 by the EP Dos Moons, featuring cover artwork by legendary horror manga artist Junji Ito .
