Adam utilizes the entire apple pomace from Aomori Prefecture, which would otherwise be discarded, as an ingredient in its products, creating new added value. Without using artificial coloring agents, it brings out a natural and beautiful amber color by reacting the sugars contained in the pomace with heat.
