Niida protects and nurtures everyone's home
Founded in 1711 in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. With the mission of "becoming a sake brewery that protects Japan's rice fields," the brewery produces all of its sake using rice grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The brewery aims to protect water, rice, and the environment, and to be a sustainable brewery for future generations.
