Since 2011, he has been working in repair and customer service at a second-hand clothing store.
Rather than simply remaking products, he creates one-of-a-kind, drawing-like works based on a modern sensibility. By utilizing the characteristics of materials and combining different elements, he has intentionally aimed to create semi-accidental value.
Some pieces are semi-improvised using three-dimensional cutting, while others have a conceptual approach, resulting in a wide range of finished styles. To this day, he continues to produce hundreds of remade pieces on an irregular basis. His consistent aim is to reinterpret the values of the past and apply them Miraie.
