Born in Okayama in 1983, contemporary artist.
Based on concepts such as everyday mythology and destruction and re-creation, he focuses on the roots and stories hidden in ordinary everyday objects, and works to breathe new life into them. One of his representative works is the Dust series, in which he erases two-dimensional images such as hanging scrolls and photographs and uses the resulting residue to reconstruct them into three-dimensional objects.
