Born in Kyoto in 1994. Currently based in Kyoto. Graduated from Kyoto City University of Arts, majoring in sculpture, in 2018. Interested in the natural beauty and weight of stone, he creates three-dimensional works that incorporate unprocessed stones as they are. Recently, he has been developing wall-hanging works to promote the appreciation of stones indoors. In his creations, he is conscious of how the stones in his works will appear, just like Suiseki, which is a form of stone to be admired, and uses modern materials (products such as resin and glass) to appreciate stones from a new angle, in contrast to the traditional and formal Suiseki. As the weight of the stone increases, it becomes more difficult to support it, and the difficulty of creating the work increases, so he determines the price of his works by the weight of the stone, referring to the stone money and weight-based currency of Yap Island.
