Born in 1980, he is based in Kyoto. His work is based on critical thinking about our limiting perception systems and attitudes, such as only seeing what we want to see and hearing what we want to hear. He creates works using ready-made products, and through their appearance, he presents works that highlight human perception and the engineering systems that utilize it. His methods of expression are diverse, including sound works, objects, videos, installations, and interactive works.

Born in 1980, lives and works in Kyoto. Yagi produces works to attempt our limited perceptual system or attitude that we only see what we want to see and we only hear what we want to hear through a critical thinking approach. Often incorporating ready-made system and tools, Yagi generates a phenomenon to enable human perception and engineering systems to come out clearly in fresh wonder. Mediums to express his idea range widely from sound art, sculpture, video, installation to interactive art.
