川端健太

Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1994. Completed doctoral studies at Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School.
The artist focuses on physical and multi-layered senses such as "skin sensation" and "touch" in their paintings. They were selected for the Taro Okamoto Contemporary Art Award in 2023 and received the Nomura Art Award in 2026. Their works are held in collections including the Tokyo University of the Arts Museum, the Takahashi Collection, and Mitsubishi Pencil Co., Ltd.
