Born in Tokyo in 1991. Graduated from Waseda University, Faculty of Social Sciences.
Viewing neon tubes, the primary medium, as "specimens of phenomena" that encapsulate their unique discharge luminescence, the company handles everything from glass art to create the external form to engineering involving vacuum and electrical technologies. In the field of craftsmanship, the company is certified as one of Japan's leading neon tube technicians and is also committed to passing on neon sign technology.
Through the shapes of glass and the forms created by the plasma inside, the artist creates works that explore the relationship between inside and outside. In addition, through noble gases, which are the main component of light-emitting materials, the artist also confronts overarching themes such as the dominance/non-domination of energy resources, exploring diverse approaches that make the most of the emotional potential of light.
