The title of this exhibition, "Ahead of the Rediscovery," is based on Masayoshi Matsuoka's idea of "Another Real Style" and its practice, "Omi ARS."
Masayoshi Matsuoka saw a different possibility in art and artists in his later years, and Mirai Moriyama approached him as a collaborator. Then, implementing the experience of the collaboration between the two, they try to expand the exhibition.

He founded the field of “Editorial Engineering,” a method that links knowledge across diverse disciplines—ranging from life sciences to cognitive science, from Japanese culture to religious studies, and from design to the culture of calligraphy. This methodology was not only theoretical but also applied to media creation, system development, and the planning and conception of numerous cultural and intellectual projects.
