Born in 1988 Aichi. He has been self-taught in drawing and painting since childhood, and moved to England alone in 2009.

After continuing to create works based on pointillist drawings, he moved to the United States in 2014. After returning to Japan in 2016, he currently has a studio in Kamakura where he creates paintings.

In recent years, Muramatsu has shifted from an abstract painting method that combines pointillism and line drawings to a painting method that focuses on strokes using watercolor and Japanese painting materials. By actually being conscious of the strokes, dynamism was created on the plane, and it was also possible to see the artist's inner relaxation. At the same time, a dynamism emerges that brings about an appreciation experience that expands a part of the artist's traditional pointillist drawing method on a flat surface. It can also be considered to be a presentation of a changing view of nature.
