Two Monologue

The art group Two Monologue was launched in Tokyo in July 2023. It conducts art activities open to the public with the aim of supporting young and mid-career artists in coexistence and self-sufficiency. Kurotaki, who serves as the group's chairman, was born in Tokyo in 1986. He has served as curator and director at the art space Decameron since 2020. His solo exhibition was Presence is Absence, Presence is Absence (Akiyama Gallery, Tokyo, 2018). In addition to directing and curating at Decameron, he served as associate director/gallery relations for EASTEAST_TOKYO 2023.
This time, we have invited Minoru Morikawa, an artist and owner of Art librAry cAfe & bar A'holic in Shinjuku 3-chome, to serve six carefully selected cocktails from "Artists Cocktails," a collection of cocktail recipes by artists edited by Ryan Gander. This will be the first time these cocktails have been unveiled in Japan, so please take this opportunity to try them out.
