・ Since this special event is an autograph session, contact acts such as shaking hands, photography, videotaping, and recording with electronic devices such as smartphones are prohibited.
・The autograph session will end as soon as the line of participants is cut off. Even if you come after the autograph session, you will not be able to participate in the autograph session.
・ If the autograph session is canceled due to customer's convenience, we will not be able to accept any refunds for the purchased product.
(Two-shot photo session)
・ For the photo session, we will borrow the customer's smartphone and the staff will take pictures.
・ The staff will take a picture of the customer in the designated position in a standing position.
・Please follow the staff's instructions for where you stand when taking photos.
・ As a general rule, we will not retake it.
・ We do not allow the artist to take pictures with any items.
・Please refrain from contacting the artist. (including costumes)
・Regardless of age, photography is limited to one customer and one member per participation ticket.
However, if you are traveling with a preschooler, you can take pictures with them only if you are accompanied by a guardian.
・Photography using a flash is prohibited in principle. Depending on the situation, we will leave it to the judgment of the staff.
・Shooting in LIVE mode with a smartphone and screen recording are prohibited.
・ In addition, for the convenience of management, matters that the organizer deems necessary may be added after announcing it at the venue on the day of the event.
