[How to Participate]
You will be given one participation ticket per item purchased. One participation ticket will allow you to join the Autograph Event one time after Beverly's mini live performance. Items will be available to purchase from 12PM.
*There is a limited number of participation tickets. Tickets will only be available while stocks remain.
[Autograph Event Details]
*There is a limited number of participation tickets.
*If you are accompanying children 3 years of age or older, they will be required to also have a ticket to enter.
*We may conduct baggage inspections or provide temporary storage of baggage to ensure the safety of the artist and customers.
*Customers who have multiple tickets must re-enter the line for each ticket.
*Please note that a participation ticket will not be reissued in any situation (including loss, theft, etc.).
*Participation tickets are only effective for the event, date and time specified on the ticket.
[Attention]
*Gifts cannot be directly handed to the artist. Please hand them to nearby staff.
*Please keep in mind that staff members may need to physically touch customers in order to manage the queue smoothly and effectively.
*After the first show, the venue will close for cleaning. You will need to leave the performance area and re-enter if also watching the second show.
*Entry to the second show will be announced as soon as cleaning is done.
*If you have saved a spot in the viewing area, please be sure to return to your seat 30 minutes before the show. It is possible to save a spot without being constantly present, but be aware that staff members will not be in charge of managing this.
*Please be aware that staff members will not be responsible for any personal belongings or valuables used for saving spots.
*Avoid saving spots by using items such as flyers or other miscellaneous items that are difficult to recognize as a person having placed it there intentionally.
*Staff may ask you to move into unattended spots so that more people can watch the show. We appreciate your cooperation.
*To prevent accidents, we will not allow children to watch the show from their strollers. Please park any baby strollers at the shopping cart area.
*Any photography or recording of the event is strictly prohibited.
*We also prohibit the act of uploading any footage taken at this event online.
*Due to unexpected circumstances, we may need to cancel or make changes to this event without notice.
