We would like to inform you that the details of the official AnyPASS resale have been decided.

[What is AnyPASS Official Resale?]
The official resale service allows people who can no longer attend an event to give up their tickets, and allows people who want to go to purchase those tickets at the regular price.
The official resale of "AAA 20th Anniversary - Always, All Around -" will be through the "AnyPASS STORE."

・Those who can no longer attend the event
You can easily list tickets for sale by simply selecting the performance ticket displayed in My Events on the smartphone app "AnyPASS."
If a sale is made with a potential buyer, the ticket price will be paid by AnyPASS STORE.

・Those who wish to purchase tickets through resale
If you access the "AnyPASS STORE" during the resale period, you can purchase tickets if they are currently on sale.

[Regarding family seats]
*Family seats are designated seating for small children and elderly customers who wish to sit and watch the event.
*Please remain seated throughout the event.
*Family seats are priced per person. They are not pair tickets.
*These seats do not guarantee proximity to the stage.
*Even if you are not traveling with your family, if you would like to have a reserved seat, you can apply for a family seat.

[Regarding reserved seating]
Due to venue regulations, we ask that you remain seated throughout the performance.
Also, the seats are different from the family seats.
*Available only at the Aichi performance.

[Regarding standing admission]
Admission will be in the order of your ticket number. Your viewing location will be a designated area at the back of the auditorium, and staff will guide you there on the day of the performance.
This ticket type may make it difficult to see the performers, stage, and production. You may also have difficulty hearing the sound and be bothered by the noise from the equipment.
The degree to which it is difficult to see, hear, or feel uncomfortable varies from person to person, so please make sure that you are satisfied that it will not be a problem for you before purchasing.
*Available only at the Hyogo performance.

[Regarding reserved seats with annotations]
Due to the structure of the venue, some seats may make it difficult to see the performers, stage, and production.
In addition, it may be difficult to hear the sound or the noise from the equipment may be bothersome.
The degree to which it is difficult to see, hear, or feel uncomfortable varies from person to person, so please make sure that you are satisfied that it will not be a problem for you before purchasing.
*Available only at the Tokyo performance.

[Regarding post-performance farewells]
*We cannot provide ticket benefits at a later date to customers who are unable to attend on the day.
*After the performance, the members will see off the guests in order.
*It may take approximately one hour to see off the last guest. Please note that the above times may vary.
*We will guide you through the procession in the order in which you are seen off, following the instructions of the staff. As many guests will be attending, we cannot accommodate changes in the order of guests' convenience.
*Due to the health of members, the farewell may be done standing or sitting in a chair.
*Please double-check the announcements made by staff on the day and be sure to follow their instructions. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and smooth operation.

[How to list on the official resale site]
Anyone who has a device that can use the smartphone app "AnyPASS" and has already issued a ticket using "AnyPASS" can list their ticket.

*Only the purchaser can list the item for resale.
*If you wish to resell your companion's tickets, please do not distribute them to them, but rather list them yourself.
*Even if you list an item, it does not necessarily mean that it will be completed.
*If the resale is not successful, the ticket will be automatically returned to the original seller at the top of every hour after the resale ends for each performance.
We will also notify you by email at the same time.
Even if you have not received the email due to notification settings or domain restrictions, your ticket will still be returned, so please check the app.
Please note that if the resale is not successful, the ticket price will not be refunded.
*Depending on the status of the ticket transaction, it may take some time for the returned ticket to be reflected in "My Events" in the app.

(1) Receive your ticket via "AnyPASS"

(2) Distributing tickets (if the purchaser is selling their own tickets)
If the purchaser is unable to attend and you wish to sell their tickets, please first distribute all of the tickets to their companions.
*Please note that if the purchaser puts their own tickets up for sale without distributing them first, the tickets for accompanying persons will not be able to be distributed.
Also, if a companion returns the ticket after the resale for the purchaser has been completed, the ticket can still be put up for resale, but please note that the ticket cannot be redistributed to another companion.
*When distributing tickets, please distribute them in order from the top of the screen displayed on the "My Event" ticket list screen.
Please note that if you allocate seats too far apart, they will not be seated next to each other.

(3) Sell your tickets
Click the [List] button on the "My Event" ticket list screen

(4) Agree to the terms and conditions and proceed to the next step.

(5) On the ticket listing screen, set the number of tickets to sell and click the [List] button.
*The number of items to be sold can be set in increments of one item within the number of items purchased.
*Once the listing is complete, the ticket will be displayed as "On sale" on the "My Event" ticket list screen.

(6) Register the account to receive the ticket price
Please register the bank account to which the ticket price will be transferred when the resale is completed. Please see here for registration instructions.

*If the transfer cannot be made due to an error in your registered account number, etc., a retransfer fee (550 yen) will be deducted from the amount you receive when you retransfer, so please be careful not to make any mistakes.
*Only the purchaser can sell the ticket. If the person who received the ticket (accompanying person) is unable to make the purchase, the ticket must be returned to the purchaser and the purchaser must sell the ticket themselves.

(1) Download the smartphone app "AnyPASS" and register for use.
In order to purchase tickets resold at the AnyPASS STORE, you will need to register for AnyPASS.

<Required environment for AnyPASS electronic tickets>
・You will need to install the smartphone app "AnyPASS."

・For iOS devices, a smartphone that is capable of using the "SMS service" or "voice calls" is required.
・Android devices require a smartphone that is capable of voice calls.
・You cannot register for use using an IP phone with a phone number starting with 050, etc.

・One device is required per visitor.

(5) Ticket distribution

*Each person will be required to hold one ticket to enter this performance.
*If you purchase two or more tickets, please share them with your companions.

*If you purchase tickets for the same performance date multiple times under the same name and mobile phone number,

Any remaining tickets can only be used by the person who purchased them.

(6) How to enter the event

You cannot participate in the event using a screenshot or screen capture of the QR code.
*For this performance, each person will be required to display a QR code to enter.
*The entrance will be very crowded just before the show begins.
Please note that you may not be able to enter in time for the start of the performance, so please arrive early and allow yourself plenty of time.
*Seating information will be displayed on the AnyPASS app around 3:00 PM the day before the performance.
