[Ticket issuance]

This performance will be an electronic ticket.

A smartphone compatible with the smartphone app "AnyPASS" is required to receive electronic tickets and enter the venue on the day of the performance.

 

* Once the ticket issuance is started, AnyPASS will send an e-mail to the registered e-mail address on each reception site where you applied for the ticket.

Please install the AnyPASS app on the smartphone with the registered mobile phone number at the time of application and receive the electronic ticket.

 

* Tickets can only be picked up by the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number field of the customer information when applying.

Tickets cannot be picked up with a different mobile phone number, so please do not change / cancel your mobile phone number until the performance date.

There is no problem changing the model with the same phone number.

 

* Each person is required to bring one ticket to enter this performance, so if you have a companion, please distribute the electronic ticket from the AnyPASS app in advance. When a companion receives a ticket, the companion must also install the AnyPASS app on their smartphone and register for use (free of charge).

* Only if the companion is a minor and does not have a compatible smartphone, you will be required to enter after presenting your ID, name, contact information, etc. on the day of the performance. .. You will be admitted only after the applicant and all the accompanying persons have been matched.

[How to enter on the day of the event]

* When you start "AnyPASS", the "questionnaire" will be displayed 2 hours before the opening time, so please answer before entering.

* The QR code will be authenticated at the entrance of the venue, so please display the QR code and proceed to the entrance. Please note that you cannot enter with screenshots or screen-captured QR codes.

* Each person will be required to display the QR code to enter this performance.

* This performance is scheduled for distributed admission. Details will be announced again.

* The entrance is very crowded just before the performance starts. Admission may not be in time for the performance, so please come early with plenty of time.
