[Important] AAA DOME TOUR 2020 Information on accepting refunds

We would like to inform you that the first desired refund schedule has been decided for "AAA DOME TOUR 2020", which we announced to see off all performances after 2021.

For customers who wish to have their tickets refunded at this time
Please check the refund schedule and method below and complete the procedure within the period.

After deciding whether or not to hold a transfer performance, the refund period will be set again, but the schedule may not be adjusted and the venue may be different or canceled. Please note.
As soon as the transfer performance schedule is ready, we will inform you on the AAA fan club site and official site.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please wait until the transfer performance is announced and make a refund decision at that time.

In addition, we will postpone the issuance of electronic tickets, so we will notify you by e-mail again according to the performance date after the details of the transfer performance are decided.

The ticket refund method and refund acceptance period differ depending on the ticket agency, so please check for each ticket agency you purchased below.
We will not be able to respond outside the refund acceptance period, so please be sure to complete the procedure within the refund acceptance period.

If you wish to receive a refund, please follow the procedure below to complete the refund procedure yourself.

* Please read carefully to the end, including notes, so that the refund procedure can be completed smoothly.
* If you do not wish to receive a refund, no procedure is required.
* You do not need an "electronic ticket" for refund procedures.

STEP1. Please perform [Refund application].
[Refund application period: October 7, 2020 (Wednesday) 13:00 to October 20, 2020 (Tuesday) 23:59]

Please apply for a refund from the application status confirmation page within the refund application period.
* "Refund application" will be displayed when the refund application starts.
Please be sure to apply within the application period as it will be hidden outside the application period and you will not be able to complete the procedure.

* If you apply for a refund, your ticket will be invalid.
* Refund application cannot be canceled after application.
* Refunds will be made for each [Order Number]. Please note that we cannot accept refunds for a limited number of sheets, such as 1 out of 2.
* Refund procedures will not be possible after the application period.
* If you have purchased multiple performances, please apply for a refund for each performance for which you wish to receive a refund.



STEP2. Register a bank account to receive refunds.

[For those who have applied for a refund] Please be sure to perform "Account Registration" from the application status confirmation page within the registration period in order to receive a refund.

[Notes]
* Please register a receiving account for each ticket application for refund.
* When registering an account, be sure to check the information such as [branch name], [account name], and [account number] in your passbook before entering.
* Please make a note of the registered account information by yourself so that you do not forget it.
* "Receiving account registration" will be displayed when the account registration starts.
Please note that it will be hidden outside the registration period and you will not be able to complete the procedure.
* For those who have applied, a notification email will be sent when the account registration starts, so please check it as well.



STEP3. We will send the money to the registered bank account.

Remittance to the account registered in STEP2 will start.
Please check the entry etc. by yourself.

* Depending on the financial institution, it may take some time before the money is sent.
* If there is an error in the registered account, no refund will be given.

Select [Go to refund procedure] in "Refund information" at the bottom of the application details screen

After confirming information such as the ticket price of "Refund status"
Enter your e-mail address in "Refund procedure guidance e-mail address" and select [Next]

After confirming the information in "Confirm application details" and agreeing to the guidance details, select [Refund application]
Here, registration on My Page in the reception site is completed
* You must complete the procedures from [step7] to [step11] within 3 days after completing [step6].
