Launched in fall 2003 as the latest label for classical music in Japan, avex-CLASSICS has the two main objectives as follows; to produce and release the creative musical works by true great artists at the highest possible quality, and to promote the beauty of classical music to as many people as possible.

For these purposes, we will continue to actively engage in expanding classical music including contemporary music, taking full advantages of a broad network and diversified sales channels of the whole avex group.
